The goal is to expand knowledge, increase business awareness and inspire to act. This program is one of the largest HR initiatives in our company.

WecoAcademy
We help our colleagues become even better specialists and leaders. We have created a special development program of WecoAcademy which is based on the values important in Weco-Travel - these are primarily curiosity, commitment, and agility. During regular meetings, we share knowledge about the changing world, the role of technology in our industry and the importance of individual departments in the company.
We also encourage colleagues to share their ideas. Employees, Management as well as invited guests, e.g. clients, business partners, coaches, and mentors, are involved in the whole program. We implement the WecoAcademy program through soft skills workshops, lectures, and inspirational interviews as well as thematic presentations.
